How to Use Your Samsung Galaxy Phone for Wireless Power Sharing

Samsung's Wireless PowerShare feature, available on newer Galaxy phones, lets you charge other devices like earbuds, smartwatches, or even another phone by placing them on the back of your handset. This can be a lifesaver when you're away from an outlet and a friend's battery is dying. To use it, swipe down from the top of the screen to open Quick Settings, tap the Wireless PowerShare icon, and place the other device on the center of your phone's back. The feature automatically turns off after 60 seconds if no device is detected, or when the other device is fully charged. Keep in mind that your phone's own battery will drain faster while sharing power. It's a convenient backup option for topping up small accessories, though not intended for full charges of large batteries. For best results, remove thick cases and ensure both devices support Qi wireless charging. Wireless PowerShare underscores Samsung's ecosystem approach, making it easier to keep all your gadgets powered on the go.
