WNBA Finals Game 6: Atlanta Dream vs Golden State Valkyries Tips at 12:30pm ET Thursday at State Farm Arena

The WNBA has announced that Game 6 of the Finals between the Atlanta Dream and Golden State Valkyries will tip off at 12:30pm ET on Thursday at State Farm Arena in Atlanta. The early start means West Coast fans of the Valkyries will be watching at 9:30am local time. The game was moved to the larger State Farm Arena because the Atlanta Hawks' NBA game on the same day could not be rescheduled. Dream guard Allisha Gray said the tip-off time doesn't matter to her team. The midday weekday start could affect viewership and fan experience, but the league prioritized venue availability. The series continues with Atlanta looking to close out at home.
