Wayne Rooney Slams Manchester United Players Amid Michael Carrick Slump

Manchester United legend Wayne Rooney has launched a scathing attack on the club's players, calling them 'deluded' as the team endures a dismal run under manager Michael Carrick. The Red Devils find themselves in a serious slump, with Carrick's position reportedly under threat, but Rooney insists the blame lies squarely with the squad. The former striker's comments come as United's struggles deepen, raising questions about the team's mentality and commitment. Rooney's outburst highlights growing frustration among former players and fans over the club's decline since Sir Alex Ferguson's era. With Carrick under increasing pressure, the focus shifts to whether the players can respond to such public criticism. The coming weeks will be crucial for United to salvage their season and prove their critics wrong.
