Renato Moicano vs. Tom Nolan: UFC Fight Night Predictions, Odds, and Expert Picks for Las Vegas

The UFC Apex in Las Vegas hosts a pivotal lightweight main event on Saturday night as veteran Renato Moicano takes on rising contender Tom Nolan. Moicano, a seasoned Brazilian with a 19-5-1 record, looks to cement his place among the division's elite, while Australia's Nolan, an undefeated 8-0 prospect, aims to prove he belongs at the top level. According to oddsmakers, Moicano is a slight favorite, but Nolan's finishing ability makes this a volatile matchup. Expert picks are split, with many citing Moicano's grappling edge against Nolan's length and striking power. This fight matters because the winner could enter the UFC lightweight top 15 and position themselves for a marquee bout later in 2025. For Moicano, it's about staying relevant in a deep division; for Nolan, it's a chance to vault from prospect to contender in one night. Expect high stakes and high drama in the desert. The lightweight division's future gets a little clearer after Saturday's main event.
