Michael Carrick's Manchester United Future in Doubt After Bournemouth Defeat

Michael Carrick's position as Manchester United manager is under serious threat after a disappointing home loss to Bournemouth on Sunday. The defeat has intensified scrutiny on the former midfielder, who took over as caretaker boss following Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's departure. With United's season faltering and top-four hopes fading, the club's hierarchy is reportedly weighing their options for a permanent appointment. Carrick, a club legend as a player, now faces an uncertain future as results continue to underwhelm. The loss to Bournemouth, a team battling relegation, has only amplified calls for a change. Fans and pundits alike are questioning whether Carrick can turn things around, or if a new voice is needed to salvage the campaign. As the January transfer window approaches, United must decide quickly to avoid further decline. The pressure is mounting, and Carrick's tenure may hinge on the next few matches.
