Joseph Parker Shortlisted for Daniel Dubois WBO Heavyweight Title Fight

Joseph Parker has emerged as a leading candidate to challenge WBO world heavyweight champion Daniel Dubois. The New Zealand contender is on a shortlist of potential opponents being considered for Dubois' next title defense. Parker, a former WBO champion himself, brings experience and credibility to a division seeking marquee matchups. Dubois, who captured the interim title and was later elevated, is expected to face a high-profile opponent as he solidifies his reign. The potential clash would pit Parker's technical skill and durability against Dubois' power and youth. For Parker, a win would make him a two-time world champion and re-establish him among the heavyweight elite. For Dubois, defeating a former champion would further legitimize his title. Negotiations are ongoing, with no date or venue confirmed. The heavyweight landscape is heating up, and this matchup could be a defining moment for both men.
