Gary Neville Slams Cole Palmer After Chelsea Star Sent Off in Spurs Defeat

Chelsea's Cole Palmer endured a nightmare evening in their defeat to Tottenham Hotspur, with pundit Gary Neville criticizing the England international for 'losing his head.' Palmer was first booked for shoving Mateus Fernandes to the ground, then received a second yellow card for a challenge Neville described as 'very naughty.' The red card left Chelsea with ten men and contributed to their loss. Neville also claimed Aston Villa's Morgan Rogers should have seen red in a separate incident, highlighting inconsistent officiating. Palmer's dismissal raises concerns about his discipline under pressure, especially with Chelsea's Champions League hopes on the line. The Blues must now regroup quickly, as Palmer's suspension could impact their next crucial fixtures. His absence will test Chelsea's depth as they fight to stay in the top four race.
