Fantasy Football Week 8 Start 'Em & Sit 'Em: Trevor Lawrence Poised for Breakout vs. Colts

Week 8 brings four teams on bye and critical lineup decisions as fantasy playoffs approach. Trevor Lawrence is a top start against the Colts, whose defense has allowed the seventh-most fantasy points to quarterbacks. Lawrence has thrown for 1,778 yards and 10 touchdowns this season, and with a healthy receiving corps, he offers high upside. Conversely, early-round picks like Breece Hall and Davante Adams have underperformed, and managers should consider benching them in tough matchups. Hall faces the Eagles' stout run defense, while Adams draws Jaire Alexander and the Packers. High-upside targets include Josh Downs, who has seen increased targets with Joe Flacco under center, and Tank Bigsby, who is taking over the Jaguars' backfield. With byes thinning rosters, streaming options like Matthew Stafford and the Chargers' defense can provide value. Make bold moves now to secure a playoff spot—every lineup decision counts from here on out.
