Fallon Sherrock produced a stunning upset by defeating reigning world champion Luke Littler in a one-leg darts match to secure a massive £501,000 prize. The victory adds another remarkable chapter to Sherrock's career, which includes historic wins on the PDC stage, while Littler—who has dominated headlines since his breakthrough—suffers a rare defeat in a high-stakes exhibition format. The £501,000 windfall is one of the largest single-match payouts in recent darts history, underscoring the growing commercial appeal of the sport and its star players. For Sherrock, the win reinforces her status as a trailblazer and fan favorite, while for Littler it serves as a reminder that even the best can be beaten in the sport's shortest format. As both players prepare for upcoming tournaments, this encounter will be remembered as a landmark moment in the sport's evolving landscape.
