Ridley Scott's 'Alien: Romulus' Finds Streaming Redemption as One of the Biggest Movies on Hulu

Ridley Scott's latest sci-fi thriller, 'Alien: Romulus,' has rapidly climbed the streaming charts on Hulu, becoming one of the platform's most-watched movies shortly after its home release. This surge in viewership comes as a redemption arc for the film, which underperformed at the box office despite positive critical reception. The movie, directed by Fede Álvarez and produced by Scott, expands the iconic Alien franchise with a story set between the events of 'Alien' and 'Aliens.' Its streaming success highlights a growing trend where films find a second life on digital platforms, reaching audiences who may have skipped theatrical releases. With strong word-of-mouth and renewed interest, 'Alien: Romulus' is poised to cement its place in the sci-fi genre's streaming landscape.
