Jason Statham and Guy Ritchie Reunite for New Netflix Crime Thriller

Action icon Jason Statham and director Guy Ritchie are officially teaming up again for an upcoming revenge-driven crime thriller set to premiere on Netflix. The project marks a major reunion for the duo, who first collaborated on Ritchie’s breakout films Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels (1998) and Snatch (2000), which helped launch Statham’s career. While specific plot details and a release date remain under wraps, the film is expected to deliver the gritty, fast-paced action and dark humor that fans have come to associate with Ritchie’s early work. Netflix’s involvement signals a continued push by the streaming giant to secure high-profile, star-driven original films. For audiences, this pairing promises a return to the stylish, hard-hitting British crime genre that made both men household names. The reunion is likely to generate significant buzz, especially among fans of their earlier collaborations. Expect more casting and production updates in the coming months as the project moves forward.
