DC Confirms Wally West's New 'Flashes of Insight' Power Is a Body Horror Nightmare

Wally West, the current Flash, has developed a disturbing new ability called 'Flashes of Insight'—a power that lets him perceive hidden truths and connections at super-speed. But DC Comics has now confirmed this gift is actually a curse, revealing a gruesome physical toll on Wally's body. The latest issue shows the Flash's flesh rippling and distorting as his mind processes information faster than his body can handle, turning his speed into a source of agony. This revelation reframes Wally's power as a body horror nightmare, raising the stakes for the Scarlet Speedster. Fans of DC's Flash family will want to see how Wally copes with a power that could destroy him from the inside out.
