Jason Statham and Guy Ritchie Reunite for Netflix Action-Thriller 'Dogfight'

Action star Jason Statham and director Guy Ritchie are officially teaming up again for a new revenge thriller titled 'Dogfight,' set to stream on Netflix. The project marks a major reunion for the duo, who first collaborated on Ritchie's breakout films 'Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels' and 'Snatch,' which helped launch Statham's career as a leading man in gritty, stylized action cinema. Netflix's involvement signals a significant investment in high-octane original content, as the streaming giant continues to secure top-tier talent for exclusive releases. While specific plot details remain under wraps, the title suggests a high-stakes, confrontational narrative, likely blending Ritchie's signature fast-paced editing and sharp dialogue with Statham's physical intensity. The pairing has historically yielded cult classics, and this new film could introduce their dynamic to a global streaming audience, potentially becoming one of Netflix's biggest action offerings. With production expected to ramp up soon, fans of both the actor and director have a major reason to keep an eye on Netflix's upcoming slate.
