GTA 6 Pre-Load Times, Install Size, and Global Release Times Officially Confirmed

Rockstar Games has finally confirmed the pre-load times, install size, and global release schedule for GTA 6, ensuring players can prepare for the highly anticipated launch. The game will require a substantial amount of storage space, with the install size expected to exceed 150 GB on both PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S. Pre-loading will begin 48 hours before the official release in each region, allowing players to download the game in advance and jump in as soon as the servers go live. The global release times have been staggered by time zone, with New Zealand and Australia getting access first, followed by Europe and the Americas. This approach mirrors previous Rockstar launches and is designed to manage server load while rewarding players in earlier time zones. For fans who have waited over a decade for the next entry in the Grand Theft Auto series, these details are crucial for planning launch day. The confirmation also signals that the game is on track for its scheduled release date, dispelling rumors of another delay. As the launch approaches, players should ensure their consoles have enough free space and a stable internet connection to take full advantage of pre-loading. The countdown to Vice City has officially begun.
