FlareFlow Microdrama Platform to Launch in Thailand via AIS Play on Nov. 2

Microdrama platform FlareFlow is set to launch in Thailand on November 2 through AIS Play, the streaming service of Thai telecom giant Advanced Info Service (AIS). The deal was brokered by Singapore-based distributor Rock Networks. FlareFlow, owned by COL Group, will offer vertical video content at a subscription price of THB39 (approximately $1.15) per month. AIS Play users will gain access to a library of short-form dramas, expanding the platform's footprint in Southeast Asia. This partnership marks a significant step for FlareFlow as it taps into Thailand's growing appetite for mobile-first entertainment. The collaboration leverages AIS Play's extensive subscriber base to reach a wider audience. For AIS Play, adding FlareFlow enhances its content offerings with a popular genre that appeals to younger viewers. The move highlights the increasing competition among streaming services in the region to secure exclusive content. FlareFlow's entry into Thailand could set the stage for further expansion across the region.
