Diane Morgan's Philomena Cunk Returns in 'Cunk on Cinema' Mockumentary Series on BBC and Netflix

Diane Morgan reprises her beloved character Philomena Cunk in the new mockumentary series 'Cunk on Cinema,' which premieres Nov. 15 on BBC iPlayer, BBC Two, and Netflix outside the U.K. and Ireland. Directed by Al Campbell, the six 15-minute episodes take a comedic look at film history, with Cunk offering her uniquely clueless take on everything from silent movies to modern blockbusters. The series marks another collaboration between Morgan and Charlie Brooker's production company, which previously brought us 'Cunk on Earth' and 'Cunk on Britain.' Fans can expect the same deadpan humor and absurd interviews with real experts that made the character a viral sensation. With its global Netflix release, 'Cunk on Cinema' is poised to introduce Cunk's satirical style to an even wider audience, cementing her status as one of Britain's most distinctive comedic voices.
