KPMB Designs Transformative New Consolidated Campus for Yale's David Geffen School of Drama

Canadian architecture firm KPMB has revealed its ambitious designs for a new, transformative facility at Yale University, specifically for the David Geffen School of Drama. This landmark development marks the institution's first consolidated campus since its establishment in 1924, addressing a long-felt need for a unified space. The proposed 207,000-square-foot building is envisioned as a central hub for dramatic arts, featuring state-of-the-art facilities for theatrical productions by the renowned Yale Repertory Theater. Additionally, the new Dramatic Arts Building is designed to support diverse learning activities for Yale's undergraduate students across theatre and dance disciplines, aiming to significantly enhance operational efficiency and foster greater collaboration within the school.
