InFocus Drawer by Fabuwood and FreePower Charges 3 Devices Wirelessly, Declutters Kitchen Counters

The InFocus Drawer, a collaboration between cabinetry maker Fabuwood and wireless charging company FreePower, aims to eliminate countertop clutter by integrating a wireless charging pad into a kitchen drawer. The drawer can charge up to three devices simultaneously, including phones and earbuds, using FreePower’s position-free charging technology that works anywhere on the pad’s surface. This means users simply place their devices in the drawer without worrying about alignment, and the drawer keeps them out of sight while charging. Fabuwood plans to offer the InFocus Drawer as an option in its cabinetry lines, targeting homeowners and designers who value both aesthetics and functionality in the kitchen. The product addresses the common problem of tangled cables and crowded counters, making it a practical upgrade for modern homes. As smart home technology continues to evolve, integrated charging solutions like the InFocus Drawer are likely to become standard in kitchen design.
