Bitbase Launches ORIGIN Points Season: 26 Weeks, 1M Points Weekly for Consistent Crypto Traders

Bitbase, a global digital asset exchange, has launched ORIGIN, the first season of its Bitbase Points program, designed to reward sustained trading and platform participation. Starting November 4, 2026, and running through May 4, 2027, the 26-week season will distribute 1,000,000 points each week, allocated daily based on each user’s contribution across four areas: trading volume, assets held, consistent activity, and referrals. Existing users automatically receive points for prior activity, while new users are enrolled upon joining. Referrers earn a 25% bonus on referred users’ contributions, and all participants receive a shareable Trading Identity card summarizing their trading style, with first cards issued November 9. ORIGIN is the first initiative under Bitbase 2.0, the exchange’s recent brand refresh emphasizing focus amid market volatility. Nicholas Lo, Chief Business Officer, explained the program targets consistent participants rather than only high-activity periods. Points and rankings are visible in the Bitbase app and website, making the season a transparent, long-term engagement tool. For traders, ORIGIN offers a structured way to earn rewards beyond short-term gains, potentially increasing loyalty and platform stickiness. With automatic enrollment and weekly point distributions, the program could attract both new and existing users seeking steady benefits. As the crypto market evolves, such loyalty programs may become key differentiators for exchanges competing for user retention.
